Types of Trials
2 types of trials are jury trial and court trial
Civil Jury Trial
Require a deposit of $150 from the party that is requesting a jury trial
Voir Dire
Is the selection of a jury from a panel of prospective jurors

The process by which a jury tries to reach a verdict by analyzing, discussing, and weighing the evidence
