Self-Fulfilling Prophecy
A prediction that directly or indirectly causes itself to become true.
Immediacy
Behaviors that signal warmth and closeness in interpersonal communication, such as physical proximity and eye contact.
Aversive Prejudice
Subtle negative feelings toward members of a different group, often masking underlying discomfort or anxiety instead of overt hostility.
Modern Symbolic Prejudice
Beliefs that individuals or groups should be treated equally in principle while still holding negative stereotypes or feelings about them.
Ambivalent Prejudice
Coexistence of positive and negative feelings towards a specific group.
Bogus Pipeline
