Statistics that are used to measure and compare health status (eg. life expectancy, mortality and morbidity)
What is life expectancy?
An indication of how long a person can expect to live, if death rates do not change.
What is mortality and morbidity?
Mortality - Death, at a population level
Morbidity - Ill health in an individual and in a population or group
