  • TELL THE EXAMINER THAT U ARE GOING TO WASH UR HANDS

  • RECORD THE RESPIRATION IN NOTEBOOK THEN HAND IT TO THE EXAMINER

  • ENSURE THAT BED IS IN LOWEST POSITION AND THAT PATIENT HAS CALL-LIGHT
