Head of radius
a disc-shaped, proximal bone structure in the forearm that articulates with the humerus and ulna, crucial for elbow stability and forearm rotation (pronation/supination)

neck of radius
a short, narrowed constriction of the radius bone located just below the radial head at the proximal end (elbow)

Radial Tuberosity
primary insertion point for the tendon of the biceps brachii muscle,

radial styloid process
a sharp, wedge-shaped projection on the lateral (thumb-side) distal end of the radius bone

Olecranon process
the large, thick, curved bony prominence at the proximal (upper) end of the ulna that forms the "point" or tip of the elbow

Coronoid Process
a triangular bony projection on the proximal ulna that serves as a crucial anterior stabilizer of the elbow joint

Radial notch
a narrow, oblong, articular depression located on the lateral side of the coronoid process of the ulna

Trochlear notch
a large, C-shaped, concave depression on the proximal end of the ulna.

styloid process
a small, pointed bony projection on the posteromedial side of the distal ulna head

Scaphoid
a boat-shaped carpal bone on the thumb side of the wrist

Lunate
a crescent-shaped carpal bone in the center of the proximal row of the wrist.

Triquetrum
a pyramid-shaped carpal bone located on the ulnar (pinky) side of the human wrist, specifically within the proximal row

Pisiform
a small, pea-shaped sesamoid bone located on the ulnar (pinky) side of the proximal wrist

Hamate
a small, wedge-shaped carpal bone on the pinky side of the wrist featuring a prominent hook

Capitate
the largest, most central carpal bone in the wrist,

Trapezoid
is the smallest carpal bone in the distal row, sitting lateral to the capitate

Trapezium
a small, saddle-shaped carpal bone in the wrist located at the base of the thumb
