This first image is showing is taken place in India where the British Military was shooting cannons at the Sepoys. The Sepoys were Indian soldiers deployed by the British East India Company. They were fighting because a couple reasons first were over religion then company control and then the Greased Cartridge incident was a big part of the reason for the fighting.

The Maxin Gun, also known as the Machine Gun in today’s time, had a revolutionary impact on how war was fought. The person who created the Maxin Gun was Hiram Maxin in 1884. This gave countries a huge advantage in battle because a small group of soldiers can defeat a big group of soldiers just because they didn’t have the Maxin Gun.

This picture shows an Allied anti- German propaganda poster in which was used by governments to influence public opinion. In the picture you can see a dark figured snake with pointy helmet which is Germany and then you see an all-white knight which a shield representing the Allied Forces. So, this knight is fighting the snake to protect the people and the nation that are involved in the war.

This picture shows a German woman lighting her stove with money because during that time money was not worth anything because of the inflation crisis. Germany went through this period where their currency dropped so much that money was basically worthless. So, people started using their money which had no value to fuel for life necessities like cooking and heating because it was cheaper just using money.

This image shows the aftermath of the Atomic Bomb dropped on Hiroshima. The bomb was dropped by the United States in 1945, and this picture shows the destruction that bomb brought. This event showed the end of World War II and overall changed the way the nations thought about war. Until this day, this event remains one of the most significant moments in history because it marked the beginning of the Nuclear Age.
