Affluent
Very rich or having a lot of money. Example: An affluent family lives in a big house and drives expensive cars.
Unscrupulous
Lacking morals or ethics; willing to do anything to succeed. Example: An unscrupulous business person might lie to make a sale.
Aloofness
A state of being distant or uninterested in others. Example: Her aloofness made it hard for new friends to get close to her.
Imeccable
Flawless or perfect; without any mistakes. Example: His impeccable manners impressed everyone at the dinner party.
Feigned
Fake or pretended. Example: She gave a feigned smile to hide her true feelings.
Ingrained
Deeply fixed or established. Example: His ingrained habits made it hard for him to change his lifestyle.
Unabashed
Not embarrassed or ashamed. Example: She was unabashed in her opinion and spoke confidently.
Imminent
About to happen soon. Example: The storm was imminent, so we took our boats out of the water.
Curt
Short and rude in speech or manner. Example: His curt reply showed he was annoyed.
Brash
Bold and confident in a way that is rude. Example: His brash attitude made others uncomfortable.
Saunter
To walk in a relaxed way. Example: He would saunter through the park on sunny days.
Luminous
Bright or shining. Example: The luminous moon lit up the night sky.
Interminable
Endless or seeming to last forever. Example: The interminable lecture made everyone sleepy.
Amiable
Friendly and pleasant. Example: The amiable dog wagged its tail at everyone who passed by.
Malady
A disease or illness. Example: The doctor diagnosed her with a chronic malady.
Protracted
Lasting longer than expected; prolonged. Example: The protracted meeting made everyone bored.
Incessant
Continuous and unending. Example: The incessant noise from the construction was annoying.
Pragmatic
Practical and based on real experience rather than theories. Example: Her pragmatic approach helped solve the problem quickly.
Affable
Easy to talk to; friendly. Example: He was affable, always greeting customers with a smile.
Atone
To make amends for a wrong. Example: He tried to atone for his mistake by apologizing.
Ruminate
To think carefully and for a long time. Example: She would ruminate over important decisions before acting.
Stupefied
In a state of shock or surprise. Example: He was stupefied by the sudden news of his promotion.
Destitute
Extremely poor; without the basic necessities of life. Example: The charity helps destitute families find shelter.
Prudence

Embolden

Absolve
To free someone from blame or responsibility. Example: The evidence did not absolve him of guilt.
Impunity

Irrevocable
Impossible to change or reverse. Example: The decision was irrevocable; there was no going back.
Relinquish
To give up or let go of something. Example: She decided to relinquish her claim to the inheritance.
Tactless
Showing a lack of sensitivity in dealing with others. Example: His tactless remark hurt her feelings.
Chasm
A deep gap or separation. Example: There was a chasm between their beliefs that they couldn't bridge.
Vindication

Adversary

Cursory
