1. 'Make Your Own Crumbl Cookie' event (cross-building connection, positive student feedback)

2. Build Your Own Goodlie bag (had prizes that residents had to ask each other questions and guess each others answers in order to win)

1. Co-developed Star Wars May the 4th Study Break (themed movie screening, coordinated logistics; will help even outside scheduled hours)

2. Devloped “Lost and Found” System that we would like to implment (looked up other schools, found system that had a check in process and one place everyone knows to keep eveything)

1. Organized a weekly Wednesday workshopping session and a final exam review (self-initiated programming in response to student need)

   1. Good to mention: Amercian studdent helping others as a NZ.

1. Movie Mixer with Enviromental Studies department (a merging of majors)

2. Organized mixers for prospective English majors/minors by coordinating”

   1. locations (Hartman House, East College lobby),

   2. planning engagement activities (trivia, conversation games),

   3. arranging snacks (cookies, chips, lemonade),

   4. assisting with setup, cleanup, and guest interaction.

1. I would create a Creekside Connection Walk near Yellow Breeches Creek that

   1. Purpose: combines outdoor recreation with reflection and community building

   2. Goal: so students who may not normally attend high-energy events still feel included

   3. Partners: Wellness Center

2. I would design an Outdoor Skills Starter Session that

   1. Purpose: introduces students to the GearBox rental system and local recreation spaces

   2. Goal: students who didn’t participate in WILD still feel confident accessing outdoor opportunities.

   3. Why?: Say Media Center do this thought it would be good idea for Gearbox since maybe some people are unsure of its function

   1. Purpose: builds confidence for students )interested in starting or leading clubs while teaching practical leadership and event-planning skills)

   2. Goal: supports inclusion (by helping students who are new to campus leadership feel more prepared to participate in student organizations and self-governance opportunities)

   3. Partners: Student Senate, Campus Life staff, experienced student organization leaders

2. I would create a “Student Leader Spotlight Panel Series”

   1. Purpose: creates an open panel where current student leaders share real experiences (about getting involved, leading organizations, and navigating campus life)

   2. Goal: inspires students (who may not see themselves as “leaders yet” by showing multiple pathways into leadership and normalizing early uncertainty)

   3. Structure: rotating panel of leaders from clubs, (student government, and campus jobs followed by audience Q&A and informal networking)

Partners: Student Senate, Campus Life Office, multicultural/student affinity org leaders, athletic leadership programs
