How does charge change as voltage changes
As 1 increases, so does the other (assuming capacitance is constant)
How can you think about potential energy in a capacitor
Like the force of attraction between the 2 plates of the capacitor

In what direction does the electric field point in a capacitor
From the positive to negative
Does current flow through capacitors
No, they are unable to jump between the gap between the plates
How does charge distribute in series circuits
Charge is equal between all elements
How does charge distribute between parallel circuits
The total charge of the circuit is the addition of all of the charges
How does voltage distribute in series circuits
The total voltage is the addition of the voltage between all element
How does voltage distribute in parallel circuits
The voltage is the same at every point

How would you solve for the charge of each capacitor in this circuit
You find the total charge for the circuit. Q=CV
Then you find the ratio between the capacitors to find how the charge is divided between them.
How do you find ratios when calculating charges
Say you have 3 and 9 farads. The ratios between them is 1:3. So in total there are 4 parts. So you divide by 4 and multiply by each ratio
