7S Framework
A model that includes Strategy, Skills, Structure, Shared values, Staff, Systems, and Style to ensure organizational effectiveness.
Hard Elements
Factors that are easier to define and can be directly influenced by management, such as systems and structure.
Soft Elements
Factors that are more difficult to identify and describe, often influenced by organizational culture, yet equally important for success.
Strategic Control
The process of reviewing and following up on organizational activities to ensure effective outcomes and necessary adjustments.
MBO (Management by Objectives)
A participative management philosophy that aligns individual objectives with company goals through negotiation and shared responsibility.
Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
A strategic planning framework that translates an organization's vision and strategy into actionable objectives and measures.
Strategic Planning
A systematic, step-by-step procedure for implementing an organization's strategy, including determining actions and required resources.
Information System
A coordinated set of components that collect, process, and disseminate data and information to support decision-making within an organization.
Control Process
A systematic method to measure and adjust business activities in order to achieve organizational objectives and plans.
Feedback Mechanism
The process of providing information on performance outcomes to help guide future actions and strategies.
