how does rowan’s law relate to common good

when Rowan’s parents lost their daughter, they decided to help others by making sure there were more policies in place to prevent the injuries. They used their own personal experience to help others, not only themselves. They are advocating for everyone’s legal right to be informed and safe. Everyone will become informed, and they are not doing this only for their gain.
