hi everyone, I’m running for women’s team captain because I really care about this team and the people on it. I show up, whether that be to meets or to practice and I try to make it a point to be there for you guys.

for me, leadership is about showing up consistently and setting the tone through your actions. I believe the dynamic of the team is directly shaped by its leaders, and that’s something I take seriously.

because of that, I try to be flexible and easy to work with. I understand that everyone has different needs, and sometimes life happens, so i’m always willing to listen and adjust so we can work better together.
