Tells everyone the TE is going to add to the QB pull and lead him to BS alley. TE can start BS and arc or start PS and swipe. QB reads BSDE to Give/Pull

Qb is run scheme ball carrier and RB or Jet player is the far path runner away from the run scheme side. (We run hot/cold) away from play side
Lead
Tells QB he is ball carrier and RB is alligning PS to become lead blocker. Base rule for RB is that he has Safety level player PS, but can change.
