Motion
A change in position.
Collision

The area of magnetic force around a magnet.
Mass
The amount of matter in an object.
Force
A push or pull exerted on an object.
Variable
A factor that can change in an experiment.
Unbalanced force
Forces that cause a change in the motion of an object.
Equal force
Forces that are balanced and do not result in motion.
Gravity
A force of attraction between objects that is due to their masses.
Friction
A force that opposes motion between two surfaces that are in contact.
Speed
The distance an object travels per unit of time.
Velocity
The speed of an object in a particular direction.
Distance
The length of a path between two points.
Acceleration
The rate at which velocity changes.
Vector
A quantity that has magnitude and direction.
