Capulet servants: Samson and Gregory are talking about their hatred for the Montague’s in the streets of Verona, then servants of the Montague’s come towards them and Samson “Bites their thumb” towards them. This starts a fight Benovolio (Montague) attempts to stop the fight while Tybalt is ready to draw his sword.

Romeo's sadness (why/because of what)

He is sad because he is in love with someone else (Rosaline) who does not reciprocate his feelings.

Juliet's current age and age when she will be ready to marry

Juliet is 13 and she will be ready to marry at 15,

The invitation to the party: what happens?

The Capulet family is hosting a feat and Lord Capulet sends one of his servants Peter to send out the invitations but the servant does not know how to read resulting in him trying to find someone to help him read them.

Romeo learns by asking the nurse who is Juliet and the nurse tells him she is from the house of Capulet.

Juliet is attracted to Romeo and flirts with him she does not immediately and willing to kiss him but after talking they kiss.
