Does not delegate unstable patients to LPN

Provider of care ( pt family community)

Manger of care - direct and manage care, provide referral if needed, call family if need be, educate, prioritize care

Member of profession- work with other healthcare professionals, continuously learning new things, responsibilities for contact hours, uphold professional guidelines

Advance health

Nurse should perform o the full extent of their education and training

Receive high levels of education

Partners with physicians and other health team members

Continue as professional to make work place safe and make sure peers and coworkers are in a healthy workplace
