Café Latte
1 shot of espresso and 200ml of steamed milk served in a 250ml Latte-glas with latte art.
Latte Macchiato
A layered drink in a 250ml glass where 200ml of steamed milk is poured first, followed by a 10–20 second wait for foam to stabilize, and finally 1 shot of espresso poured through the foam.
Cortado
1 shot of espresso and 80ml of steamed milk served in a 100ml Cortado-glas.
Mocha Medio
A combination of 2 scoops of pure chocolate flakes, 2 shots of espresso, and 200ml of steamed milk, finished with cacaopoeder.
Freddo Cappuccino
A cold beverage where 100ml of milk is blended into a creamy texture, poured into a Whiskyglas with ice, and topped with a double espresso.
Freddo Espresso
A double espresso mixed in a blender for 10–15 seconds with 5 ice cubes and a pitcher of cold water, served in a Whiskyglas over 4 fresh ice cubes.
Iced Latte
A drink made by filling a glass with ice, adding 175ml of lightly foamed cold milk, and topping with 1 shot of espresso; two pumps of syrup can be added if requested.
Chai Latte
A tea-based drink using 20g Prana Chai-thee, 5g honey, cinnamon, a splash of hot water, and 150ml of steamed milk.
Dirty Chai
A standard Chai Latte with the addition of a warm espresso shot.
Iced Chai Latte
A cold version of the Chai Latte using 20g Prana Chai-thee, honey, cinnamon, and 150ml of cold-foamed milk poured over ice.
Matcha Latte
1.2g (1 scoop) of matcha whisked with 30ml warm water and topped with 150ml of steamed milk in a cappuccino-tas.
Matcha Latte Medio
2.4g (2 scoops) of matcha whisked with 60ml warm water and topped with 200ml of steamed milk in a Cappuccino Medio-tas.
Iced Matcha Latte
2.4g (2 scoops) of matcha whisked with 60ml warm water, poured over a glass of ice and 175ml cold-foamed milk.
Warme Chocolademelk
200ml of milk and 2 scoops of pure chocolate flakes steamed together, served in a latte glass and finished with chocolate shavings.
Thee (Earl grey, Floral Berry, Kamille)
300ml of hot water steeped with 2 teaspoons (3g) of tea in a theepot with a strainer.
Verse Muntthee
Fresh mint tea made with 1 teaspoon of Sencha tea, 10g of fresh mint leaves, and 300ml of hot water.
Verse Gemberthee
Fresh ginger tea containing 10g of sliced ginger, 1 lemon slice, 2 pumps (20−25g) of Spicy Ginger syrup, and 300ml of hot water.
Plat water (Still Water)
Filtered tap water served in an Iced latte-glas with ice or a Whiskyglas without ice, finished with a mint leaf; takeaway is a bottle of Spa Reine.
Bruisend water (Sparkling Water)
Filtered sparkling tap water served in an Iced latte-glas with ice or a Whiskyglas without ice, finished with a mint leaf and lemon slice; takeaway is a bottle of Spa Bruis.
Verse Appelsap
300ml of PIPO apple juice served in an Iced latte-glas filled 3/4 with ice.
Versgeperst Sinaasappelsap
300ml of fresh-squeezed orange juice served in an Iced latte-glas completely filled with ice and an orange slice.
Homemade Limonade
A drink made with 30ml (3 pumps) of SIROPERIE syrup, 250ml sparkling water, ice, lemon, and mint.
Homemade Iced Tea
300ml of prepared iced tea served in an Iced latte-glas with ice (3/4 full), lemon, mint, and an orange slice.
Homemade Iced Tea Batch
A bulk recipe using either 85g Jamaican Red or 120g Ginger tea steeped with 3.8l of water via the Hipster Batch Brew and cooled overnight.
