What are entitlement considerations?
legal obligations an employer owes to its employees when they leave the business voluntarily or involuntary

What is dismissal? + (summary vs on-notice)
where an employee is terminated due to unacceptable behaviour or performance. summary is immediate dismissal when an employee commits a serious breach. on-notice is when an employee is given a warning and the opportunity to improve

What is an unfair dismissal? (+ lodge?)
includes discrimination against sex, age, religion, nationality etc. or termination for a harsh, unjust or unreasonable manner. employees can lodge unfair dismissal claim with FWC
