Type I Error
A Type I error occurs when the null hypothesis (H0) is indeed true, but statistical evidence leads to its wrongful rejection in favor of the alternative hypothesis (Ha), thereby concluding a significant effect when none exists.
Type II Error
A Type II error happens when the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is true, but the test fails to reject the null hypothesis (H0), resulting in the oversight of a real effect.
Power
Statistical power refers to the probability that a significance test will correctly reject the null hypothesis (H0) if the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is indeed true at a specified value, providing insight into the test's effectiveness.
Standard Error of the Slope (SEb)
The standard error of the slope, denoted as SEb, represents the expected variability of the sample slope estimate around the true population slope in a regression context, indicating the precision of the slope estimate
