lens bends more for close up object to allow light to bend stronger

lens flattens for farther away object causing light to bend less

Optic nerve…

carries neural impulses from eye to brain

Blind spot…

point of which the optic nerve leaves the eye, creating a blind spot because there are no receptor cells here.

Fovea…

focal point in retina around which the eyes cones cluster (ONLY cones)
