#3 knife handle with 11 blade

18 g. Spinal needle

20 or 30 cc syringe filled with NACL

10 cc syringe for local

Skin marker 

2x raytec

camera, light cord, scope, shaver

insufflation tubing x 3 

• 1 to outflow, 1 to extremity bag, 1 to shaver

A Scope Set

• Straight hemostat, Probe, trocar

draping, other notes

non sterile tourniquet + clear drape → circulator

slide on stockinette to mid shin, wrap in coban → time stops

2x U-drapes, under and above

extremity drape

non-op leg: leg drape

will have lots of cords to manage

white balance camera

timeout, first steps

marker, local, 20mL of saline w/ spinal needle, #11

portal establishment

arthroscope trocar and cannula

further portal establishment

pass spinal needle, and saline if needed

blade

hemostat or blunt trocar to dilate tract

dx arthroscopy

pass hook probe

debridement

pass shaver

everything is removed (what does CST do?)

suction out fluid from joint

close

xeroform, 4x4, towel, drapes down, abd, ace – non sterile brace applied after drapes down
