Proprioceptive information decussating twice to end up ipsilateral going to cerebellum

Lateral spinothalamic tract

Pain and temperature, decussates in spinal cord

Ventral spinothalamic pathway

Crude touch and pressure, decussates in spinal cord

Lateral corticospinal pathway

90% of voluntary motor movements, decussates in pyramid of medulla

Ventral corticospinal tract

10% of voluntary motor movements, decussates at spinal cord, used for trunk muscles close to spinal cord

Tectospinal

Indirect (extrapyramidal) neck movements

Vestibulospinal

Muscle tone and balance information

Reticulospinal

Visceral motor function, muscle tone, and balance

Muscle tone and aid in skilled movements (from red nucleus of midbrain)
