Informal Report: Reported to COC and handled within the command. COC has 14 days to resolve the issue
Formal Report: CO is informed, and investigation must begin within 72 hours. Counseling or legal assistance is assigned to all parties
Anonymous Complaint: If there is sufficient evidence to warrant an investigation, one will be conducted, if not a Memorandum will be written and recorded
Confidential Complain: When the victim wishes to receive support but does not want an investigation and wants it recorded somewhere. Reported by the CMEO program manager

Can be filed with SAPR VA or SARC. Health Care personnel, Chaplain, and Legal Counsel are the only people who may maintain confidentiality
Unrestricted Reporting
Allows assault survivors to disclose the incident to the command, receive car/treatment, and initiate an investigation
