Posterior Shoulder
5% of shoulder dislocations, MOI, seizure
Internal rotation of humerus, head of humerus wide from glenoid fossa and posterior
Acromioclavicular joint
inferior clavicle and acromion not aligned, widening of coracoclavicular distance
Represents ligament injury
