Classic symptoms of prolapse
POP-Q 0
POP staging: No prolapse is demonstrated.
POP-Q 1
POP staging: the most distal portion of the prolapse is more than 1 cm above the level of the hymen
POP-Q 2
POP staging: Leading point 1 cm above or 1 cm below the hymen
POP-Q 3
POP staging: Leading point >1 cm below the hymen but less than TVL (-2)
POP-Q 4
POP staging: Leading point is more than TVL (-2). Complete eversion.
