A planning instrument for a season, half-year, or year used for the organization, execution, and evaluation of shop window and store presentations.
Etalageplan
An extensive preparation tool for efficient presentations involving 8 steps: brainstorming, location selection, choice of materials/tools, article selection, color harmony, atmosphere decoration, price tag design, and construction.
AIDA-rule
A marketing principle standing for Attention, Interest, Desire, and Action, used to strengthen the impact of 2D and 3D presentations.
Etaleerhamer
A lightweight hammer equipped with a magnet used to pick up pins.
Haakje
A display pin that has been bent into the shape of a hook to hang objects.
Kniptang
A pair of pliers specifically used for cutting nylon wire.
Kruisspelden
A technique where pins are inserted crosswise into a soft ceiling to facilitate hanging items.
Punttang
Pliers used for bending pins into the shape of a hook.
Nylondraad
A strong, non-flammable thread used to hang articles or decorative materials.
Speldenkussen
A small cushion used for safely storing and holding pins.
Tegenspankracht
A technique where a pin is inserted against the tension of the fabric to ensure it remains securely in place.
Vaste thema's
Themes that recur every year, such as Christmas or New Year.
Variabel thema
Themes that do not recur annually and depend on specific products, target groups, or events.
Doorlopende hangdraad
A wire used to hang boards, photos, or decorations from the ceiling.
Etalagesloffen
Slippers worn over regular shoes to maintain the cleanliness of the shop window floor.
Etalagespelden
Durable and strong pins used for hanging display materials and decorations.
Buste Core Point
In the construction of a display bust, the foot represents the core point, while the bust itself determines the height.
Pyramid-opstelling
A structural arrangement used when dressing busts to create visual appeal.
Plafond Types
Common ceiling materials to consider for attachment include wood, plaster/gyproc, board tiles, grids, and metal or PVC slats.
Ophangsystemen
Various systems used to attach items, including fish clamps, adhesive buttons, suction cups, S-hooks, magnetic hooks, and ceiling clamps.
