D killed friend by shooting a revolver they both thought wouldn’t fire. No assault as it’s required for V to apprehend immediate unlawful force and both AR and MR must be present.

D accidentally drove onto police’s foot then realized and didn’t move off for a short time. Act became intentional when D refused to move.

D was resisting arrest and in trying to get away, dove thru window dragging police woman with him. Her face was badly cut by glass, D got S18 GBH as the level of MR is lower when it’s resisting arrest.
