Almost all cases use IV Contrast. In what cases you don’t use?
Acute Trauma/CVA/TIA/Bleed, Hydrocephalus, Dementia; OR stone in abdomen/pelvis, hematuria, flank pain
And Prefer avoid CT Contrast in Children < 15 y/o
