Maximus intra me deus est!

The greatest god is within me!

Non magna relinquam, magna sequar:

I will not leave greatness, I will follow greatness:

Titulum servatae pubis Achivae notitiamque loci melioris et oppida,

Glory for saving the Greek youth and knowledge of a better place and towns,

Quorum hic quoque fama viget, cultusque artesque locorum,

Whose fame is flourishing even here, and the culture and the arts of these places,

Quemque ego cum rebus, quas totus possidet orbis, Aesoniden mutasse velim;

And he, the son of Aeson, whom I would exchange for those things, which the whole world possesses:

With him as my husband, I will be called lucky and dear to the gods and my head will touch the stars
