depigmentation, clear demarcations (generalized, acral or acrofacial, localized, segmental)

Tinea Versicolor (who is most likely)
adolescents and young adults

fair-skinned = scaling brown macules
skin of color = hypopigmented macules
trunk and extremities

can occur in mucosal surface
