How do you check a persons heart rate when unconscious?
Check for a pulse in the neck, place your index and middle fingers in the groove between the wind pipe and the neck muscle press lightly for 5 to 10 seconds
How do you find a person’s respiratory rate?
Have them sit and rest for 5 to 10 minutes count the numbers of times a person is breathing (inhaling plus exhaling equals one breath) over a full 60 seconds

95% to 100%

16 to 20 breaths per minute
