Why now?

Over the past year, I have felt a clear transition from senior trainee to someone genuinely ready for independent consultant practice. The breadth of my clinical work, the challenges I have navigated, and the responsibilities I have taken on have all contributed to a growing sense of confidence and professional identity, and I feel ready for the next stage of my career.
