Charles Spearman

Carroll's Three-Stratum Framework
Modern IQ tests align with this model, consisting of General Intelligence (g), Broad Intelligence, and Narrow specific abilities.
Emotional Intelligence
Involves perceiving, using, understanding, and managing emotions, not fully captured by traditional IQ tests.
Multiple Intelligences
Gardner's theory suggests distinct types of intelligence like musical, bodily-kinesthetic, interpersonal, and logical-mathematical, not based on aptitude tests.
