Intentional Injuries

Injuries that have been purposely inflicted, either by oneself or by another person.

Unintentional Injuries

Injuries judged to have occurred without anyone intending to cause harm.

Bullying

Any aggressive and repeated behavior using a written, verbal, or electronic medium directed at another person, causing fear, physical/emotional abuse, and damage to property.

Extortion

The act of obtaining something, usually money, from a person by force or wrongful use of authority or power.

Stalking

The act of a person being repeatedly watched, followed, or harassed, creating fear and making the target feel unsafe.

Suicide

A serious public health problem with complex causes, leading to lasting harmful effects on individuals and communities.

Domestic Violence

Incident or pattern of controlling, coercive, threatening behavior, violence, or abuse between intimate partners or family members.

Kidnapping

The taking away or detention of a person by force, threat, or deceit, with intent to cause detention against their will.

Abduction

The criminal taking away of a person by persuasion, fraud, or violence, interfering with family relationships.

Cyberbullying

Bullying that takes place over digital devices like computers and smartphones, often anonymous and continuous.
