Quod hic simulatque sensit

As soon as he realised this

De amicorum cognatorumque sententia Romam confugit

He fled to Rome, from the advice of his friends and relatives

And he took himself off to Caecilia, sister of Nepos, daughter of Baliencius

Whom I name for the sake of honour
