They reflect the company’s legal/ethical standing. Therefore, you must never use them for personal messages, never write emails about raises, grievances, or complaints, and always include dates/timestamps when documenting facts for safety.

It is routine, businesslike, free from mistakes, carefully researched, and polite. (Note: While it is the most relaxed business correspondence, it is never handled like a personal email) .

Its function is to attract readers, build relationships, and promote/market products or ideas. Blogs are an area where you actively want to adopt an informal tone.
