- Amoxicillin 5-7 days (prefer alone!)

Add Clavulanate (standard dose) when:

- BLmase producing bug (standard dose) OR >1 PNS risk factor (high dose)

NOTE: All Sinusitis duration 5-7 d

- FQ: Moxifloxacin and Levofloxacin

NOTE: All Sinusitis duration 5-7 d

AVOID Macrolide and Bactrim due to resistance of S. Pneumo
