A political party that promised jobs and national pride in Germany, using propaganda and violence to gain support.

An economic crisis that began in 1929 causing millions to lose their jobs and increasing poverty and hunger in Germany.
Weimar Republic
The government formed in Germany after the defeat in World War I, which faced significant economic problems.
Blitzkrieg
Tactics used by Germany during World War II to quickly expand German territory.
Pearl Harbour
A naval base in Hawaii attacked by Japan on 7 December 1941, leading the United States to enter World War II.
Hiroshima
The city where the USA dropped the first atomic bomb on 6 August 1945, killing about 700000 people immediately.
