Preferencing

the action that PNMs take to rank the invitations they had after every round of recruitment

Maximizing Options

A PNM maximizes her options by listing all sororities that she has on preference rounds. If she has 2 parties and lists both, she maximizes her options. If she has 1 party and lists 1, she maximizes her options

Intentional Single Preferencing

When a PNM does not maximize her options and only place one less sorority instead of all on preference round

Suicide Bidding

Release

when a chapter chooses not to invite a PNM back to their chapter

Withdraw

when a PNM chooses not to go through the recruitment process anymore

Any woman who has not recieved a bid in the last calendar year and has not been initiated into an NPC sorority before

When does COB begin?

On Bid day, the moment bids are handed out

Who is a special acitivity PNM?

PNMs who are involved in other organizations that may have meetings that conflict with party times

Station Head

Returner, oversees smooth parties, times and records late PNMS, Submits absent PNMS and gifts on form to Panhellenic

Assistant Station Head

Calls Pi Chis of any missing PNMS, watches for gifts, Assits in counting late heads

General Station Member

Completes any tasks needed, finds missing PNMS, Back up party time
