Home (A1 PDF Editor)
The default menu in the app that houses recently opened files and the list of Favourites.
Create New button
A navigation button containing frequently used features such as camera scanning and creating blank PDFs.
Tools
An area of the app used to access conversion tools, create tools, PDF editing tools, and more.
Create PDF
A feature within the Create New button used to generate a blank new PDF document.
Scan
A feature that uses a device’s camera as a scanner to snap a picture and turn it into a PDF.
Import From Files
A feature used to bring a file from a device into the app to be edited.
Toolbar Tabs
The Viewer, Content Edit, Annotation, and Form tabs located at the top center of the screen once a file is opened.
Edit Tab (Text)
An operation where the app shows borders around editable text to allow resizing, moving, or editing contents.
Edit Tab (Images/Graphics)
An operation where the app shows anchors around images or graphic elements to allow for resizing or moving.
Font Attributes
The specific text properties that can be changed, listed in the transcript as Jdu9 Jamilp, Color, and Size.
Pages navigation
A feature found at the header of the screen on iPhones or in the top right corner used to change a PDF structure.
Annotate/Draw
A method of marking text to make it easy to find important information using various colors and tools.
