Rhythmic Activity
A means of expressing emotions through movements, logical patterns and disciplined rhythm, also known as dance.
Choreography
The art of arranging dance steps or performance, incorporating principles like transition, sequence, and contrast.
Elements of Dance
The 5 basic elements summarized as BASTEC: Body, Actions, Space, Time, Energy, and Choreography.
Transition (in choreography)
How the movements or sections of a dance are linked or connected to maintain good flow.
Sequence (in choreography)
The logical order of the dance steps or sections.
Contrast (in choreography)
The changes of movements in terms of dynamics, tempos, or design.
Variation (in choreography)
The reuse, repetition, or recycling of significant movements to enhance creativity.
Climax (in choreography)
The most emphasized part of the dance, achieved by increasing tempo or dynamics.
Physical Wellness
The ability to maintain a healthy body through exercise, nutrition, rest, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Emotional Wellness
The ability to understand, manage, and express emotions effectively.
Social Wellness
The ability to build healthy relationships and interact positively with others.
Intellectual Wellness
The ability to learn new skills, think critically, and stay mentally active.
Spiritual Wellness
A sense of purpose, meaning, and connection to something greater than oneself.
Occupational Wellness
Personal satisfaction and enrichment through work, school, or meaningful activities.

The ability to manage financial resources effectively and maintain economic stability.
Environmental Wellness
Awareness of and interaction with a safe, supportive, and healthy environment.
