Thermometer Verification Procedure
Place the sensor needle in a cup filled with icy water and wait for the display to stabilize before use.
Standard Thermometer Accuracy Range
The thermometer is considered functional if the reading is 0 ± 1 ∘C.
Decimal Thermometer Accuracy Range
If the sensor measures decimal values, the acceptable accuracy is ±0.5 ∘C.
Deep Freezer Operating Temperature
The required temperature range for freezer chambers, kitchen upright/wall/grill freezers, and potato dispensers is −18 to −23 ∘C.
Meat Freezer Cooldown Time
The required time for meat freezers to cool down to −18 ∘C is 45 minutes.
Defrost Clock Minimum Time Points
The freezer chamber defrost clock must be set for a minimum of 4 time points.
Defrost Clock Minimum Interval
At least 4 hours must elapse between two scheduled defrost time points.
Recommended Defrost Cycles
The suggested time settings for the defrost clock are 6−12−18−24 hours.
Deep Freezer Pallet Storage Height
Products must be stored on pallets at a distance of 15 cm from the floor.
Freezer Wall Storage Clearance
Items must be kept at least 5 cm away from the freezer wall.
Inter-Carton Storage Clearance
Products must be stored at least 2.5 cm away from the cartons of other products.
Evaporator Storage Clearance
Items must be kept at least 30 cm away from the evaporator in all directions.
Defrost Clock Resetting Conditions
The clock must be reset when switching to or from daylight saving time (summer/normal time) or after a power outage.
