Ability
An individual’s current, innate, or acquired capacity to perform specific tasks or functions within a job.
Action Programming
Plans out a sequence of events to be executed, could be internal or external programming.
Age Discrimination in Employment Act
Legislation that prohibits discrimination based on age, requiring that age be a determinative factor.
Americans with Disability Act
Legislation that prohibits discrimination based on disabilities if the individual can perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
