trigger questions
I believe you have a sunburn
this is usually caused by exposure to UV rays from the sun which damages the skin barrier causing inflammatory response it cause the skin to turn a bright red rash on the skin
this causes red rash across the skin, only effecting the parts of the skin which have been exposed to the sun, which can be quite painful
this is usually caused by not wearing sunscreen, especially when going to places that have alot of sun, such as beaches, also includes tanning bed which uses UV rays to tan the skin
do you have any preferences for treatment
NELT
based on your preferences:
use aloe vera, cooling gel or a light moisture which will help to cool the skin and repair the moisture of the skin
local anasethetics 2-4 times a day to unbroken skin this will help to relieve pain
hydrocortisone twice a day for 7 days to unbroken skin to help relieve inflammation and irritation
you can add a cold compress to the red areas, to help with the inflammation, drinking water to prevent hydration, moisture the skin with a light lotion or aloe vera based lotion can be cooling, avoid oil based as it can burn the skin
i would recommned visiting the doctor if you start to experience nausea, vomiting, bleeding, any pus, dizzniness or fever
avoid picking at the blister as it can cause an infection and allow them to heal
stay out of the sun to prevent the unaffected skin from becoming damaged
does this make sense and does it seem possible
