- Light/Skinny: Nonfat milk, sugar free syrup, no whip.

- Red eye/Dirty: iced coffee or hot coffee w a shot(s) of espresso on top.

- Extra drizzle: drizzle inside of cup & on top.

- Upside Down: shots are given the opposite way (would be on top or bottom).

• room for milk for brewed coffee, &

• their pastries warmed (unless it has frosting).

• check which brewed coffee is ready, if Blonde or Dark Roast is not ready, ask the customer if they want a Pour Over.

- If you're not sure what's in the drink, click the drink on register & it says what it has on the right side. it says the amt. of shots, pumps, the milk, if it has WC, etc.

- Different types of Teas are listed on cardboard, ask anyone if you need help finding it to show customers.

- The Shaker (teas and refreshers) has instructions. Both can get water or lemonade.

- A lot of Frapps are similar. (Java Chip & Double Chocolately Chip are the same but Double Chocolately Chip has no coffee)

- Cup of Water is free but its self-served.

- Milk & sugar is self-served for brewed coffees.

- Nitro Lids/Sippy Lids are used for cold foam or if a customer asks for it.

- Doublecup for teas and short cups. Don't doublecup if it's just espresso shots.

- If you're labeling cup orders when printer is not working, only write the green part from the register & customers' name.
