Total pressure
Is equal to the sum of the partial pressures of individual gases
Partial pressures
Can be worked out from mole fraction. Mole fraction = number of moles of gas/ total number of moles of gas in mixture.
Mole fraction x total pressure = partial pressure
The equilibrium contant
Kp = partial pressures mulitplied of products/ that of reactants.
Kp for heterogeneous equilibria
Still only includes gases
