verse 7— all believers have a spiritual “gift” from Christ

verse 16—it is vital that every believer use there gift for others in the ministry

mercy: ministering to the sick, afflicted, or needy
giving: encouraging other through generosity
administration: directing activity within the body of Christ
spiritual giftedness within youth ministry
get your young people involved in serving their church
encourage them to look for ways to minister to each other
call to attention to their spiritual strengths and encourage them in their areas of weakness
