MOA: SSRI, 5-HT3 Receptor Antagonist and 5-HT1A agonist

Contraindication: do not use within 14 days of MAOI. Do not use with Linezolid and IV methylene blue.

Warnings: Avoid in patients with hx of seizures

SE: N/V/D, insomnia, decreased libido (less sexual SEs than SSRI/SNRIs), CONSTIPATION

DI: decrease vortioxetine dose by 50% when used with strong CYP2D6 inhibitors (i.e bupropion, fluoxetine, paroxetine, quinidine)

Counseling Point: Take with or without food

Auvelity (Bupropion + dextromethorphan)
