What is a token economy?
A token economy is the idea that when someone behaves well they are rewarded with tokens that can be exchanged for privileges.
Whats a flaw with a token economy?
An issue with a token economy is that once the prisoners get all the rewards they may be less inclined to follow rules. Additionally, token economies don’t translate well to the real world.

Aversion therapy is the process of using a criminal, encouraging them to think of a stimulus and then shocking them/making them nauseaous with drugs to associate the stimulus with something negative.

It’s often used for gay people which is unethical
