Autocratic Leaders
An autocratic leader is one who makes all the decisions and prefers not to delegate any responsibility
Paternalistic Leaders
Paternalistic leaders treat their subordinated as if they were family members by guiding them through a consultation process and action in their best interest even though subordinates don’t always agree with it.
Negative Paternalist Leaders
leaders view the subordinates as less than capable, so leads my supervision, guidance and control
Positive Paternalist
Leaders view the workers as highly capable, so nurtures, supports and develops the workers
Democratic leaders
A democratic leader is one who involves employees in the decision-making process
Laissez fiaire leadership
Laissez faire leaders are those who have minimal direct input in the work of the employees, instead allowing subordinates to make decisions and complete tasks in their own way.
